Awesome weekend :)

So earlier in the week me and my friend Marleah found this amazing singer that has a band named Allred... if you haven't heard of him (i bet you haven't haha) then you should check him out! He is really really talented and so very amazing! So we were looking at his tour dates and noticed that he had a show in Provo this weekend so basically i called up my sister Becky asked her if we could spend the night and asked our parents if they were ok with us going haha. So we were able to go and it was so so so much fun!! So saturday around 2 we left... it was raining so so much it was scary! Mustangs are really just made to be a summer car i decided haha they aren't very good in the rain and snow! haha but anyway we made a pit stop at ikea cause Marleah hadn't ever been there and well i love that store :) we basically just walked throught the whole store... took some pictures... haha here is a pic...

Well we made it to Becky's we ran around town with her a little bit haha and took pictures when waiting for her haha

We all played uno attack and watched Made of Honor haha good show! Then it was time for our concert!!!! I was so very excited! We had looked at pictures of the building beforehand and it looked kinda creepy haha. We had to wait in a long line of people outside in the rain to wait to get inside... here was an interest thing we found on the sidewalk... i liked it so we took a pic of it.

Then we finally got into the building (and it wasn't creepy at all! It was actually really cool inside!) oh i forgot to say that we saw one of the girls that we go to school with there and she was telling us that the drummer was a friend of hers! Haha so we were standing by her and all of the sudden this really cute guy comes up to her and hugged her! Oh ya he was the drummer :) So we got to meet him and talk with him! It was awesome!

Well then Allred (or John Allred) went up on the stage and he is so amazing! Ah... i wish i could go back again! He played a couple songs at first with just him and his guitar and then later his band joined him. Haha there were some really annoying girls in front of us and they were like the drummer is cute! haha little did they know that not long before he was right behind them talking to us... haha. So at the first of the concert we were way in the back and it was really hard for me to see cause im so very short... haha and there was this girl in front of me with this gigantic purse and she kept hitting into me with her purse... it was quite annoying... we didn't take our cameras into the concert and i wish i did but i took pictures with my camera phone so that has to do haha. So sorry about the bad coloring... this shows you how far back we were but here is a pic of Allred... Amazing Allred...

So all during the concert i was moving and trying to see over these girls and two very very tall guys... and then our friend told us that she was going to try and be by one of her friends so we decided to follow her and we should have moved earlier! We got right up to the stage but on the side! It was very amazing and i got some better shots... i wish that i could have taken my camera cause these just look so blurry... but oh well... her are some pics :) enjoy!

And I just hurried and snapped this of him while we were walking out the door... i wanted to meet him and get a pic with him but there was a huge line and i didn't have the patience to wait haha so we just took a pic when we walked by him.

Well we went back to becky's place we watched some episodes of the office with some of their friends and went to bed way too late... then we were woken up in the morning we ate some captain crunch and watched the first session of general conference and then Jared and his friend made some really really delicious pancakes so we had to have some of those! The recipe that they used was my mom's non the less haha they found it in our ward cook book. Mom we need to make those pancakes more often! haha. Then me and marleah were on our way home... we both didn't get in the shower or anything and i felt so gross passing everyone on the freeway... we could tell a lot of the people were on there way to general conference in Salt Lake... we should have made our little trip to provo more exciting and gone to conference too! But we didn't even think about that until then. So I came home sad to think our fun little trip was over... But we had so so much fun!!! And im so so glad that i went!!! So everyone look Allred up and listen to his songs!!! You will love all his songs! I promise! I do! haha if you like secondhand serenade then you will love Allred!
